What are your habits - and are they good for you?
Habits are powerful things. They can help you be a better person – but they can also be not very good for you. Think of healthy eating or regular hangouts with friends, versus biting your nails or obsessive social-media-scrolling.
If you think back over the last six months, what were your regular habits during a normal week? Try to list ALL the things that you did regularly.
For each habit consider…
- Why do you have it?
- Did it help you and/or hurt you? (As Neil Young so wisely sang: “the same things that make you live, can kill you in the end”)
- Do you want to keep this habit at LUC?
- How will you keep it or change it in your new life?
